Our Goals for 2015 – WPCAST030

This week’s episode is the last episode of the year. In it, we’re discussing our goals for 2015.

The Core

1. Business financial goals
   1. Doug: Double revenue, recurring revenue, and profit
   2. David: Double Easy Pricing Tables revenue
      1. Significantly increase LTV by experimenting with pricing, info products
      2. Figure out additional channels for Easy Pricing Tables (affiliates, biz dev)
2. Business development
   1. Doug: Launch at least 2 premium plugins
      1. Premium version of iTunes podcast review plugin?
      2. Audio player styling plugin?
      3. Multisite management plugin?
   2. David: Get traction with Easy Opt Ins
      1. In repository, affiliates
      2. Possible rebranding/renaming
      3. Build it to the level where it can support a full-time developer
3. Content
   1. Doug: Produce 100 pieces of content for the year (podcast episodes, blog posts, etc.)
   2. David: 5X our WPcast downloads, promote the podcast, USP, differentiate
4. Health
   1. Doug: Run a marathon in under 3:45
   2. David: Work out 5 times/week (StrongLifts, yoga)
5. Reading
   1. Doug: Read 50 books
   2. David: Read 30 minutes/day
